This website is operated for the SUNNY ELDR artist project. Privacy-related enquiries can be sent to contact@sunnyeldr.com.

2. Hosting via GitHub Pages

The website is hosted via GitHub Pages. When the website is accessed, technical data such as IP address, browser information, requested URL, date and time may be processed as necessary to deliver, secure and operate the website.

3. Cloudflare

Cloudflare is used for domain/DNS services and for a Worker that supplies selected public social-platform statistics. Cloudflare may process technical request data such as IP addresses and request metadata in connection with these services.

4. Public social statistics

The website displays selected public platform statistics. YouTube statistics are retrieved through a Cloudflare Worker using the official YouTube Data API. Additional platform statistics may be provided through official APIs where available.

5. Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics 4 only after the visitor has explicitly consented to analytics. Google Analytics is a web analytics service provided by Google. The measurement ID used on this website is G-35RYZFM7P5.

If consent is given, Google Analytics may process information about use of the website, including page views, interactions, approximate location information, browser/device information and technical identifiers. This information is used to understand how visitors use the website and to improve its content and performance.

Analytics is not loaded before consent is given. If analytics is rejected, Google Analytics remains disabled for that browser until the visitor changes the setting.

6. Consent storage and privacy settings

The analytics choice is stored locally in the visitor's browser using localStorage under the key sunnyAnalyticsConsent. This allows the website to remember whether analytics was accepted or rejected.

Visitors can reopen the consent controls at any time using the Privacy settings link in the website footer and change their choice.

Google applies its own contractual and technical safeguards for such processing. The website links to third-party services including Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook. Their own privacy policies apply when visitors open those services.

The website may also load third-party content such as Spotify embedded players and YouTube preview images. When such content is loaded, the visitor's browser may establish a direct connection to the relevant third-party provider and transmit technical connection data such as the IP address.
